Review on 🍲 Instant Pot Ace Nova Cooking Blender: Hot and Cold, 9 One Touch Programs, 54 oz Capacity, 1000W Power – Top-rated Blending Solution by Steven Adams

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Great functionality but poor usability

First of all, I'm an avid Instapot user and this is hands down one of the best investments I've made in the kitchen because it literally reduces cooking time, reliable and convenient is. has become such a handy tool for me over the years (even with a 6 burner gas stove I still rely on Instapot). When I saw that they had a new line of blenders that could do more than just blend, it wasn't hard to get one. I have attempted to puree cooked veggies and have loved the whole process and end result, starting with a simple and straight forward manual that required very little training, touch capabilities, digital displays and automatic blending with no need to monitor anything - easy + . However, when it came time to wash and clean the glass, holding it in the sink and making sure the heating element stayed dry was more of a hassle. There are older people in my family who have to use a blender to cook and because of their arthritis and bone problems they just can't lift that heavy weight. It is unreasonable to expect me or my husband to pick it up and clean it every time they use it. So I had to make a difficult decision to return this blender. So, in addition to features and functionality, Instapot blender developers should also seriously consider usability for the demographics that can use this blender. If that means giving up something cool and making it more convenient, then consider the latter. I'm still heartbroken to let this baby go, but I got 3 stars for poor usability.
