Because I wanted to make sure the gifts arrived on time for the birthday of a dear friend, I placed my order well in advance. Got a text message informing me that the shipment has arrived safely at the point of issue. The Pyaterochka checkout did not have my items in its inventory. When I called the customer service number, the representative told me that my items were on their way to the checkout. After my detailed explanations as to why there were no products at the checkout counter, the cashier eventually arrived at the conclusion that my items had been returned. My assertions that there is still a day and a half to pick up the goods were taken into consideration while making the decision. The operator relayed the situation to the next party and confirmed that they would get in touch with me within the next 48 hours. The following morning, I check my phone and see that I have received an SMS stating that my purchase has been canceled and that I must reorder it. Yet, the price of the item has increased by $800. (initially they preferred because of the pleasant discount). I didn't think it was worth placing another order because they wouldn't have been able to deliver in time for my birthday. In addition to this, I didn't want to ask the other persons involved in the acquisition for any money (several people threw off for a gift). As a consequence of this, I was able to find it offered by a different delivery service at the same enticing price, and that service will also get it at the specified date. The only piece of good news is that the payment was made immediately upon the issuance of the items; nonetheless, even though the money remained with us, the mood and nerves are irretrievably lost!
