I bought these to replace some brand name lightbulbs that had been in my kitchen lighting for over 3 years before they burned out. These replacement bulbs failed repeatedly after only three months of use, which was no different from using brand name bulbs. Better to spend money on a branded lamp, that saves money and trouble in the long run.
