I've had this computer for about three months now and have had to make two custom modifications to it and still can't get it to work properly. First, as many here have said, the plastic part that holds the magnet is VERY CHEAP. The threads never worked so I never had to install them on my bike. I ended up using a magnet from an old bike computer I had. Second, the zip ties that attach the detector to the bike fork are also cheap - very flimsy. So I used some of my own zip ties I had at the store. After all this, I still can't get it to work most of the time, and when I do, it's not very accurate, even after making sure I set the correct tire size.
