I work on my computer all day and spend most of my evenings on the Kindle. My eyes were always dry and even constant eye drops didn't help. I had my doubts about blue light glasses but was willing to try anything that might help. I was happy to understand the difference these glasses make. From day one I felt the difference, my eyes aren't that dry and tired at the end of the day. The fact that they're lightweight and stylish is also a big plus. Just bought a second pair and will probably buy a third so I always keep a pair on hand
