Works but picture quality could be a bit better
My TV has 4 HDMI inputs and one component/composite input. The 4 HDMI ports are occupied and I wanted to connect a Retroarch mini PC to play old school games. The mini pc has an HDMI output so the only option was HDMI > Component and that helps. I'm giving 1 star because the picture quality is a bit fuzzy for 1080p, which is very noticeable on my 4K HDR TV. That being said I use it for retro style games (NES, SNES, Genesis, N64 and PS1) so the resolution doesn't have to be great.
