I like how easy it is for me as an admin user to create new projects. It's also very good for team collaboration using chat! The software has many helpful features allowing my team and others in our organization to communicate efficiently. When creating new projects, there are some limitations which makes managing them difficult. They would need more training or better support from their helpdesk if they were to use this product more regularly. Our organization uses it to schedule meetings with clients/customers, track task progress, hold conference calls, etc. The ability for multiple people to work on projects at once, as well as easily share documents with others in the group. There is nothing I dislike about this software. It's very useful and easy to use. This is an excellent tool for any organization as it allows for collaboration on different aspects of a project. It also helps streamline communication between team members and makes sure that everything is being tracked and organized.
