I decided to take a chance even after reading reviews from people who had restricted flow. Unfortunately, I had the same as her. With the WP-660 there was no pressure difference between the different flow settings. It kept going off when setting at 3. Also, my original pen had an on/off switch. This handle requires you to enable/disable it on the device. Definitely a pain, but not a deal breaker. However, once you turn off the device, the water that remains in the hose after the device has stopped flowing will continue to flow out for a second or two until it empties. I'll bring it back and replace it with the Waterpik part.
