. The colors are really nice and vibrant and the base is heavy enough that it doesn't feel too heavy or wobbly, which is an issue I've talked to with other globes. Another issue I had with other globes was that the rod mounts were often loose, making it feel loose when spinning. The mounts on this globe are nice and tight, so while it rotates easily, it also stops when you're done rather than keep rotating until you stabilize it. I haven't even used the highlight feature, but even without it I have to say it's a great globe.
