A little weak in the kitchen and dining area

Got an instant pot for my birthday. But I need a way to steam veggies in it. I bought these for this purpose. The first time I used it, I took it out of the pot and some veggies fell into it. Maybe I just took it out wrong because next time it didn't happen. But then it happened a third time.
