Review on Sperry Kids Authentic Original Boat Shoe, Size 6 Youth by Ryan Thrasher
Doesn't work, laces are sewn on.
I bought a youth size Topsider. Some smart guy at Sperry's thought it would be a good idea to sew laces onto your shoes? So don't expect to be able to customize these shoes. I would recommend Sperry to get rid of the "good idea fairy" and go back to making boat shoes as a kid.
