I have three cats so I bought all three colors black, gray and blue. On arrival everything was well packed, everything fit perfectly. While installing them and introducing them to the cats, I noticed that black and gray are the same but the blue is different. There were a few small differences like the black and gray peeling off the window easily and the blue plastic was sewn in and was much more difficult to remove. I also noticed that the clip on the blue pouch that holds the front screen is different from the other two. It's okay, but the last and final difference is sewing errors on blue. The velcro on the front is crooked and almost fully sewn into the zipper and there are a couple of spots where the fabric is not fully sewn in and I am concerned it may fall apart with regular use. Aside from these flaws, everything is of excellent size, functionality and high quality. My not-so-small cats fit perfectly and enjoy the hinged back. It's great for vet visits or flying, but I wouldn't recommend it for long trips unless they're being released frequently.
