Review on ICoudy Ergonomic Computer Armrests Adjustable by Tina Brown

Difficult to assemble although I like it

I had difficulty assembling the chair, particularly connecting the chair seat to the armrests. After several very frustrating attempts on two different days, I contacted the company (via the email address provided in the package). They were quick to respond with a helpful suggestion and I was finally able to put it together (read my recommendation below). So I'm deducting a star for the difficult assembly, but returning one for the friendly customer service. I like that the chair is not big (like I wanted) and that you can fold up the armrests. The rear tilt is also a nice feature. While I'm comfortable, I can report back after additional use (it's only been a few days). When I first sat down, my lower back felt hard and uncomfortable (you can't move it), but I found that when I'm sitting with my back properly aligned with the back of the chair, it doesn't bother me. but it's good for me good support. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU NEED TO ATTACH THE CHAIR'S SEAT According to the instructions that came with the chair, you must first attach the armrests to the back of the chair and not to the seat. I did this and then, despite many unsuccessful attempts, was not able to align all the screws correctly on the seat. I would recommend reversing the order, so start screwing the armrests onto the SEAT FIRST. This was recommended to me by the company's customer service and it worked. After connecting the armrests to the seat of the chair, I screwed the armrests to the back of the chair. (So Step 1, screw the armrests to the seat of the chair, Step 2, screw the armrests to the back of the chair.) Also, as others have pointed out, be careful to only partially screw the screws when you put them in place them first until all the screw threads are set correctly, otherwise you may encounter (further) alignment problems. Much luck!
