Love these mats. Like different sizes. Quite a saving considering the different sizes you get. The price is great for the quality of the product. Like the type of silicone used in carpets. Super easy to clean. Now I wish this KP kitchen had a very large mat for kneading bread, making buns or pie crusts. I can't imagine now what it would be like. Since I make quite a lot of brioches, a silicone mold with a traditional ribbed brioche rim would be a bonus. KP Kitchen will also send you emails with very helpful baking tips, hooray!
