but it's hard to tune in, especially on weak stations like NPR.

It does the job at a reasonable price but is difficult to tune in, especially on weaker stations like NPR. Dial markers (located on the right rear) make it difficult to tune into the station you want. The front display should be changed to show channel frequencies, even if it costs a few bucks more - either that or a slide rule window to show which AM/FM frequencies you have. The CD player is good for the price.
