Gainers that contained milk invariably caused interference, and people who drank them made a lot of noise, which means you drink and you still want to. After being mixed in a shaker, this gainer gets thick and swollen like a doshik, and it has no effect on the body's ability to feel energized. On the other hand, this one is particularly revolting for the very first time. Giving it away is not even a bad idea in any way.
