I like the ability to change alerts for metrics which would otherwise be too low volume (or have an extremely long window) to meet thresholds. Being able to set up multiple threshold levels makes it easy for me to monitor many different things without having to create separate profiles. It's also nice being able to see what was recently changed in your profile by clicking "Last Modified" next to each metric. This is helpful when you're working off of old data from previous days. The UI could use some work - there isn't any way to move between tabs easily, nor does the layout provide much space for adding new fields. There's no user interface for creating custom dashboards. You can only save existing dashboards as templates. If you need this level of flexibility, consider using another tool. We needed something that allowed us to pull together several disparate systems into one dashboard.
