This is a good replacement for a Suddenlink remote that has stopped working properly. Suddenlink will replace it but due to Covid-19 the local Suddenlink office has been very busy only letting one customer through at a time with a huge line outside. I decided to search the internet. Revain delivered it the next day and it only took a few minutes to program. The guide button is in a different spot than my old one, so it took a little getting used to, but other than that it works well. When I programmed it into my TV, the first code number worked for my brand of TV, but the volume control didn't work if I held it down the whole time. I had to press them every time to move a volume number. Several reviews I read said it had to be programmed with a different TV code number. I did that and now it works correctly by continuously changing the volume while the button is held down. Very happy with it and it saved me a long wait at the Suddenlink store.
