Very high quality cable, arrived quickly and complete as advertised, have worked a lot with cable and wire over the years and this is one of the best I have ever had used ! I bought this 1/8 inch cable to make a driveway canopy. I didn't want the traditional shed/canopy to be made of metal pipes etc. I attached three 100 foot cables to two 14 foot cables from my garage to my long paved driveway. I created a pole to pole crossover cable, the center of this 14 foot high crossover cable I attached to the center wire at the top of my garage. I attached the two side cables to the posts at a height of 8 feet and at the same height to the garage. I used a 12 foot wide cloth with 90% shading routed up and over the visor. I made three panels and now have 36ft of shade! I can always add more as this cable is very strong and doesn't stretch. It regularly hits 100-110 where I live, and it has changed my ability to work and hang out in the driveway. Also, my cars no longer rotate 130° when we get in, which saves the cabin and us from heat stroke and damage. It's so much better not getting in the way of the bars, the side cables at 8ft are easy to work, walk on and ride under unhindered. Also with a book ring Through the eyelets to the side cords I can crumple the fabric in the sun or when it gets too windy etc. Book rings also make it quick and easy to take off.
