Used them for a 15 mile run in 90 degree weather. The cold water stayed cold for 3 hours with no ice until I stopped to refill. I saw a youtube video on how to trim the water part and I had it done quickly with no leaks. I love colors! My bulky phone with case fits in the zipped pocket. The straps hold up too, especially the one on the side. I had to stretch the front straps as much as possible. I don't know if I didn't have shoulders or something, but they kept slipping off. I still keep it because it works for me. The water splashed around but I didn't mind as I was wearing headphones. I can't wait to use it for hiking. The sizes in the description fit me, so just measure yourself before buying.
