The most beneficial thing about this software for our company was that it synced with all of our 3rd party ERP systems very quickly and efficiently. It also allowed us to customize the user interface quite easily to match how we wanted to present our products. I did not like the fact that the customer service could not explain some common business problems. For example - using this app you can search a supplier's website directly for your SKU but if they have one or more options (say "In Stock" vs "Limited Inventory") there is no way to tell the difference unless you click through each result individually. We solved our inventory management needs so we don't need to manually enter stock into other programs anymore.
