When I first bought it (December 2019) it burned almost everything. So when we cooked something we lowered the temperature and everything was fine. We bought an oven thermometer to check the temperature. I set the temperature to 400 and the thermometer read about 500 degrees! Only up to 450! Only recently did we realize that things are not prepared either. The bagel pieces that used to look almost black were still white, and the cheese wasn't melted. Even at the highest temperature they were not cooked. So I stuck a thermometer in, set it at 450 for 20 minutes and the thermometer only read about 340. Disappointed, this thing only lasted 3 months!
