I have owned this appliance for three and a half years and it has grilled fish and steaks well. HOWEVER, no matter what mistakes I have (many), I am adamant in my resolve when I decide to try to fix something. So I searched the internet, tried some "fixes" that didn't work, and finally found a bunch of Pocus tricks that worked. And if it were right here in the Revain reviews. I had to try multiple times to get the exact order (or correct word spellings). But it worked out and I'm back in the grill business. For this reason, I have upgraded my initially angry rating from two to three stars. Only three stars, firstly because the device seems to crash fairly easily, and secondly because I had to resort to Sherlock Holmes' online behavior to find this fix. I didn't get it directly from T-Fal. Shame on you.
