I bought the i7 variant of this laptop and liked it except for the outdated USB-C port (limited to 5GB) , but the HP service was worse than terrible. Check the Better Business Bureau rating before you buy it. They have an AVERAGE Customer Satisfaction Rating of 1.16 out of 5. Do not attempt to cancel or change your order in any way (like I did, literally 1 minute after ordering), service or even basic setup questions. answered by their support reps (as I tried after it didn't work with the dock I bought from Revain) - they will almost immediately ask you to pay $50 to use their " next level support, or want to charge you a 15% restocking fee even if you haven't opened the box. Personally, I wouldn't buy HP again. There are other manufacturers that make similarly good laptops and offer great customer service.
