Very happy with the computer upgrade.

My son, a distinguished IT professional in a large corporation, helped me choose this computer. Told him what I used to use and what I wanted to spend and what I needed. set me up well I just increased the size of the disk. Ambiguously migrating data from my old machine, I was very pleased with the negligible setup time. The click process took a little getting used to, but I was able to add my trackball with ease. Thin, light and fast. Nice. Very happy with this purchase.

Good laptop but with the worst customer service before and after purchase

I bought the i7 variant of this laptop and liked it except for the outdated USB-C port (limited to 5GB) , but the HP service was worse than terrible. Check the Better Business Bureau rating before you buy it. They have an AVERAGE Customer Satisfaction Rating of 1.16 out of 5. Do not attempt to cancel or change your order in any way (like I did, literally 1 minute after ordering), service or even basic setup questions. answered by their support reps (as I tried after it didn't work with the dock

Workhorse Laptop for Virtual College Classes

There's nothing wrong with this laptop. It's lightweight and very portable. I can easily take it to meetings, classes, and grading, and easily work in multiple locations. The battery seems to last a very long time. This laptop is lightning fast, which is essential when teaching students virtually. I can be online with students, open multiple tabs and quickly share information with my students and keep their attention. The keyboard is easy to use and puts minimal strain on my arthritic hands…

I bought this laptop for my future master's degree. I did a lot of research online and found the features and value this product offers to be exceptional. I've been using my laptop for 2 months now and haven't had any issues and it's EVERYTHING AND MORE than I expected. I love this product.
