Start on a good note - they work pretty well as cooling sleeves. Now for the bad. It's good that there are a lot of them because they won't last long. Several of them broke the seams as soon as I put them on and one ruptured a hole almost immediately. They aren't as long as I would like as they only partially go up my biceps. As a result, the top tends to roll towards the elbow if worn for more than an hour or two and needs regular adjustment once it starts to do so. I would recommend spending the extra money on a higher quality pair. Sleeve. They aren't much more expensive.
