I read some negative reviews and oh my god. Apple/Android device. This product does NOT contain a tablet. All you get is a globe. If you're complaining that the globe is "too shiny" for your device's camera to scan the stars, TRY ANOTHER DEVICE. I used 2 different cell phones and had NO PROBLEMS with scanning. After downloading the app on both Android (Pixel 3) and iPhone X (required 2 devices because the kids were fighting for it. LOL), I found that there are more features offered on the Apple device; The Dinosaur Living Room AR Experience can only be used on an Apple device. Android does NOT have augmented reality capabilities. It's SUPER LAME and that's the main reason I give it 4 stars. Otherwise, the learning experience is AWESOME. Bought as a Christmas present (2020) for kids ages 5 and 2, they were obsessed with dinosaur facts for the next few months! When a 5-year-old went to kindergarten and was asked what he wanted to be when he grew up, he answered: paleontologist!
