The customer support team has been very helpful, they have always responded quickly when I've had questions or needed help in some way! There are many different features which can be confusing at first but once it's set up everything works smoothly from there onwards - no problems so far!! We're using this system as an internal tool within our organisation (our staff use their own laptops/phones etc) rather than having them all access through one centralised point of contact like other systems we used previously did before switching over completely. It allows us more flexibility without being tied down by IT department policies & procedures regarding data security issues such as passwords / user permissions.
