I ordered this item expecting it to be brand new in packaging. However, I was surprised by the disappointment that this company issued a prior return/open box for me. It was a big packing event, the long straps that would normally close the box had already been cut and only three straps on each side held the box together in the other direction. When the box was opened, the red package with assembly parts was open, only the instructions were intact, screws and plates were in the box and the foam had signs of being opened. The box with the legs was open and had scratches from a previous assembly and the glass was also wrapped in a bag but upon inspection you could see it had scratches. The two chrome rings were packed in bags with orange stains, I suspected rust in the bag. Overall the item was missing parts and I was very disappointed that I wasted my time waiting for this and also having to return this item. I really wanted to love this item as it looks very nice. However, this company was greedy in trying to issue returns and was very disappointed in them.
