I ordered this for two reasons - I love to smoke meat and have long wanted to buy a meat thermometer so I don't have to worry about smoking. I also built a solar pool heater with my own hands and was dying to know the temporary capacity of the system. He copes with this task perfectly - one sensor in the pool, another at the entrance and an instant reading of the temperature (photo attached). Some kind of invention about the fact that I can get a 25 degree increase in water temperature for free! Thank you Mr golden sun. In any case, the only negative that I have found so far and have not seen in any other reviews is that the device does not work while it is charged (!). Very strange - thought I was doing something wrong! Couldn't turn it on while charging so I turned it off, turned it back on and tried charging again. and he turned off! It might not matter to you - just make sure it's charged before you use it! My plan was to leave it on all day and monitor the pool temp, but that won't work - it needs to be charged in the evenings. Aside from one minor annoyance, this appears to be a quality device with quality sensors. The app is clunky, but that has already been mentioned. That's a good price for a Bluetooth-enabled 4-probe thermometer.
