I have tried several brands of pre-workouts and was very disappointed with the quality of the product and its effectiveness. Some were so chalky they were hard to tear off, others tasted like liquid garbage, and some bursts of energy left me so drained I felt like I had to drink caffeine to stay awake the rest of the day. Not only does this product taste great, it's smooth, energy is retained, it doesn't upset my hormones and I can see a difference in my workouts. I really like this product and look forward to trying more Alani Nu products in the future.
