We've been using it for our customer experience program monitoring as well as inbound call center software with some success there. It's an interesting product that could be improved upon but they are working hard at implementing changes so I expect them to continue releasing new features. This is still something unique compared to other products out there. The pricing can sometimes deter clients from purchasing depending on their budget / timeline constraints etc., also make sure you get everything covered under your license agreement - including customizations made by third parties (like us).
