The best part about using trust grid is that it has lot's more features than other vendors out there; you can manage everything from one place which makes life easy for all administrators in large organizations like ours where managing multiple systems becomes very difficult if they are spread across different locations/locations within an organization etc., Also its price point doesn't seem too high neither do I feel any inconvenience while working with them as their support team works…

We've been using it for our customer experience program monitoring as well as inbound call center software with some success there. It's an interesting product that could be improved upon but they are working hard at implementing changes so I expect them to continue releasing new features.
