Desk Quote has an excellent system of automated workflow, this means if you are sending an invoice and getting an acknowledgement, the next step will automatically happen. This can save a lot of time. The database entry points are very flexible. I think the developer had designed it to be expandable so there could be future updates made without having to start over. I've used other systems before and Desk Quote was the most user friendly and complete system I've ever used. I love how the dashboard can show you at a glance the progress of the project, whether its a quote, a sale or even generating invoices. It is truly great for managing the whole business flow.
