Very easy and efficient way keep track

The best part about this program is its simplicity, it's user friendly which makes for quick access of information! I like how simple everything was when I first started using DeskQuoteProfessional because it saved me so much time finding things in my records or having to search through other programs. There isn't anything i dislike at this point but if there were something better out there, then sure id try another one instead. This has been very helpful with keeping up-to date inventory as…

This is a very simple quote management system.

The user interface is pretty basic, with only 4 main tabs to get around. There's no feature rich setup wizard, so if you're not tech savvy, you'll need to find help. But once installed and setup, the software does exactly what it says on the tin - Create quotes, manage customers, invoice and more. Desk Quote is a web based application that allows you to create quotes, sales orders, invoices and more.

Desk Quote has an excellent system of automated workflow, this means if you are sending an invoice and getting an acknowledgement, the next step will automatically happen. This can save a lot of time. The database entry points are very flexible. I think the developer had designed it to be expandable so there could be future updates made without having to start over.
