Bought these headphones 9 months ago. Liked the flexibility, durability and the look. These headphones should keep me from disturbing my neighbors at night when listening to my music at night. One night a few weeks ago I fell asleep with my headphones on. When I woke up, the headphones were broken in two places on the top and the power button was pressed and wouldn't come up. I thought I drowned my money and wasn't worried. Searching Revain again to purchase a replacement for the T2 I came across the T2 again but figured I'd just contact the company and let them know what happened. The next day Cassie from Bluedio customer service emailed me and said she would send me a replacement T2 which I received in the mail today. So thank you Cassie and Bluedio and my next purchase will also be from Bluedio. thanks cassie
