Too small! in my review
I got the 1-2 size, my baby is 10 months old 18” head circumference (average) and it barely fits! Would’ve worked great a few months ago. Might wear 2x before he outgrows.
- I’d say more for a 9 month old
- The pom-pom on top of the hat could easily be pulled off by curious baby hands, becoming a choking hazard
