Makes a great cup of espresso with Nespresso capsules, a great cup out of every cup you use, a great cup of ground coffee and a good cup of dulce (for a full cup of any coffee). out of four I make twice Longo). It takes about 15 seconds to heat up the water. Unpacking and setting up is quite easy, the instructions are fine. My only real complaint is that it's noisy. Much louder than a coffee maker or Kcup. The different mugs you use for four different things aren't labeled either, but it was pretty easy to work out which was which. However, most cups require you to remove the cup support, which sometimes makes the cup uneven. You can't just not have a product holder, for example if you just need hot water you have to put the pods in anyway or there will be a big mess lol. I learned this the hard way. However, it is the perfect temperature every time! After this check, my pod piercing needle broke. We contacted the company and they replace the entire car for free! In addition, unfortunately, the cup in the video is broken lol.
