Pleasantly surprised by the ease of use. After reading all the reviews I expected that I would have to struggle and learn to make it work properly. I've made at least a dozen buttons and haven't had any problems except for one button that had a defective plastic side and wasn't the machine's fault. I'm so happy I got this. The only catch I have is that technically (I have a 2" buttonhole machine) this requires 2" and 3/8" paper circles. The included circle cutter is junk. and dangerous, and makes a hole in a button, but I can't find a round hole punch that size. The closest I've found is 2 and 1/4" in diameter and it works, but because it's too small it's difficult to get the button image perfectly centered before clicking. If only there were a way, getting them to the exact size required (without the dangerous circle cutter that comes with the machine) which would triple the output you could make Otherwise I love the machine!
