We bought this item used from Revain. It came already assembled (which was great), all we had to do was add wheels. The weirdest part was that the top shelf was badly dented/bent. It seems that the last owner bent it on purpose. It doesn't take too much to know the usefulness of the top shelf, but I'd like Revain to cover that in their description. In addition, the trolley is sturdy, rolls well on wheels and makes a great addition to our bathroom. I also liked that it comes with mini hooks to hang from it so you can place some household items on it. I'm glad we chose this one as I didn't want it to be plastic.
