Excellent stand. It's easy to assemble and comes with plenty of hardware to accommodate many different TVs. I use it on a 43 inch plasma TV. I also really like the 5 degree tilt option. This makes it a lot easier to see on the table I'm keeping it on. going all the way down makes no sense as i have to run the cables up to the top of the leg and then back down. it's just easier to run the cables at the back. but the covers keep it nice and clean. The mounts are nice and solid and appear to be powder coated. It is important to note that you cannot slide the TV to move it or slide it into place. You will probably bend your legs. The mount was also packaged very well. I was really surprised how good it really is. I was expecting the parts to be loose in the box but instead they were individually wrapped and they used lots of foam to keep them from knocking.
