I love this hammer! for softener
There is nothing wrong with this hammer! I mainly use the flat side for beating chicken breasts. I haven't used the fabric softener side, but it has ALL other possible uses (e.g. lightly tap a clove of garlic to remove the skin). It's not too heavy, but not too light either, perfectly weighted in my opinion.
