Aesthetically uncomfortable to wear.
To put it on a shirt, department stores offer more attractive models that are not so embarrassing to wear. "Pearl" gems look too painted on/faux and are awkward to wear when worn as a brooch on the head. Not sure what they would look like for other uses. However, they were well packaged. The seller carefully packed them separately first and then sent them in a strong box. Good salesman; didn't like the product.
