We ordered four of these suits for our boys for our wedding. Each child had to choose their own color and they were very excited about it. The costumes arrived, we put them on and each kid just bathed in their costume. None of them had any pants left. We moved all the costumes individually (we have a 3 year old to a 5 year old, a 5 year old to a 7 year old, etc.) and they fit better, but the overall size still wasn't the same. While the shifted suits fit the length of the pants, the pants were still too large in girth, and the shirts of the shifted suits matched the length of the sleeves, the hem of the shirt was too short to actually tuck into the pants, and the collar of the shirt was too tight. . However, we were in a dilemma so we returned the plus sizes and ordered all four suits two sizes smaller than they should have been. Unfortunately this meant that the boys were no longer able to choose their colors as not every size they needed (2 sizes down from their normal size) was available in their chosen colour. They eventually decided to wear one color and we made sure the new sizes worked by using safety pins in the pants, leaving the top button undone and constantly tucking shirts in for most of the night. With each size, we were confused as to why the neck is so small, the waist so huge and the torso so short. That being said we still get so many comments about how adorable our four identically dressed boys are in their fancy costumes and the boys loved dressing up for the first time. They said the suits were comfortable except that the pants were itchy and irritating when the shirt didn't fit and the pants touched their skin. I want them to only wear them to short events in the future, not an event that lasts all day and night. The return went smoothly and the new suits arrived in time for the wedding. They washed well and withstood two constant press cycles. We ended up ordering the 9m, 24m, 3T and 5 sizes for 7m, 3yr, 5yr and 7yr respectively.
