Won't work as many cycles as claimed after charging
I believe that the manufacturer claims that you would get 8 cycles after charging, I only get 4. That's not a big deal to me. Relieves some neck pain and feels good. Shuts off automatically after 15 minutes and you can do other things while it's working.
