Purchase this kit to install a used Alpine amplifier to drive a 10" subwoofer in my 2018 F150. I had no problems with the wiring other than having to cut the power and ground wires to connect the spade terminals to my amp's terminals. The speaker wire is by far the highest quality item in the kit, the jacket is thick but the wire is not rigid like wire used in other speakers. UPDATE 07/31/2021. In just 10 months the 4 gauge OFC cable corroded 6 inches from the fuse box to the amp. I had wiring issues when I connected the power cord to the voltage booster. drops from over 12 volts to 0.02 volts. I tried to loosen the screw with an Allen key and the cable just broke off. Now I need to buy a real oxygen free copper power cable and run it back to the back of my truck.
