Review on ROCHAN by Cody Henry

I was interested in trying ROCHAN's products because they claim to cater to the demands of adventurers like me. However, my interactions with the company were largely unsatisfactory. To begin, there wasn't a wide range of products to choose from. Although I had hoped to find a wide variety of hunting and fishing equipment, I was disappointed to find only the most standard fare. Second, the products were of disappointing quality. I went out and bought a backpack and hiking boots that both broke down after only a few uses on tough terrain. Last but not least, I was disappointed with the service I received. Unhelpful and indifferent customer service staff who didn't seem to care about my concerns prevented me from returning the defective merchandise. In conclusion, I do not advocate ROCHAN to other outdoor enthusiasts. The company's assertions that it understands our demands ring hollow in light of the fact that both its products and its customer service significantly fall short of our expectations.
