Review on Actron CP7676 Digital Multimeter by Brian West
Excellent value for money Diagnostic, test and measurement tools
I bought an Actron CP7676 digital multimeter for my boat because it has a built in delay meter in addition to the typical multimeter functions. I've rattled this gauge in my boat, car, garage, anywhere and it works and works. Great little counter for very little money and a great option for people who need access to a stay counter but don't want to spend a lot of money to get one. I would recommend it!
