Everything is fine with Mikrotik CRS317-1G-16S+
My first try with 10G. I use it for my NAS on my home network. Works well in Mikrotik CRS317-1G-16S+. 1G, 2.5G, 10G auto-negotiation works unlike other SFP+ modules that require forced connection speed. It has a thermal sensor and heats up 10G, but from what I've read it's normal. + nice packaging
