I'm a soccer player and my legs naturally get a lot of injuries. My plantar fasciitis progressed rapidly over a few months, especially on my right foot. It got to the point where I could barely walk, let alone walk or jog. I tried another pair of sleeves but they were too tight. The doctor suggested ibuprofen and that helped, but I wouldn't want to keep on pills for a long time. I stumbled across them and decided to give it a try. The day these sleeves arrived I had to miss practice because I had a limp all over campus and the pain was excruciating. As soon as I got home I put them on and after a few hours (I was still walking and getting things done) the pain subsided. I took them off to sleep as my doctor recommended. Woke up the next morning and put them back on, hey, I was able to walk normally and didn't get sick! I decided to take another day off and rest. The third day I wore them, I was exercising, running and exercising again as usual. He limp from time to time and the pain stabs through for about a second before going away. So I'm very happy with these sleeves. I can't say how good they are in the long run, but at least they provide quick pain relief. And if you don't want to spend tons of money on doctors and fill your head with ibuprofen, then this is a good choice. TO UPDATE! About a month later I'm still using these sleeves. They work like a charm, no pain. However, they show slight signs of wear, especially at the front under the foot, some threads have come loose. I'm not sure how long they will last me considering I use them almost every day and also during training and when playing football.
